Module: Admin - Reportable Incident Types

Purpose: To setup reportable types for incidents

To Access: Reportable Incident Types

Reportable Incident Types are used to flag an incident as reportable to an external authority or reporting body.

Each reporting type requires the following details:

• Title - a short title for the reporting type
• Reporting Body - the name of the authority or reporting body that needs to be informed about the incident
• Days to Report - the number of days in which to report the incident
• Day Type - calendar or business days
• Description - a longer description that will guide a user as to which reporting type is applicable to an incident
• Active - if true, the reporting type will be visible in the Incident entry screen

To add a new reporting type, click on the grey "Title" field of the line at the bottom of the list, and fill in all the required fields.
Use [Tab]/[BackTab] or the mouse to move between the fields.

When an item is added or changed, the Save and Cancel buttons are shown. Click on the Save button to save your changes.
