To Access: Incident Management - Record New Incident OR Incident Management - Incident Register and the select an incident from the register - select WHS in the Primary Category dropdown list.
If an incident is an injury or illness (involving human beings),
Work Health and Safety legislations in Australia and many
countries in the world require an injury/Illness report be prepared
and submitted to the relevant government department.
If the Incident Category is WHS, an Injury/Illness form will be displayed:
Complete all known information at the time and update the data when more information become known.
Click the Save button to save the Injury/Illness form.Note: The data contained in the dropdown list is user created via Incident Code Maintenance.
