When the system encounter some transaction or data that it is not programmed to handle, it will display a System Error screen:
Sending the error message to InConsult will alert us to the error right away and if necessary, we will get to fix the error quickly.

If the error is intermittent (likely to be a connection type error), it is best to close the Internet Explorer browser and restart from fresh.
